Puppy love: Nonprofit thrown a bone for Harvey help

Love comes in many forms and fashions, but for those at Shutt’er Down Ranch, a love for animals is a top priority.

The 33-acre ranch located outside Farmersville on CR 702 is haven for many animals, 138 currently.

With 34 dogs, 18 pigs, 16 goats, 20 chickens, five kittens, two parrots, 10 ducks, five sheep, two cows, four turkeys, 12 guineas and an emu, life is never boring for owners Kevin Becker, Seth Thomas and Cory Sparks.
