Camden Parks it while under review

With Camden Park seeming to take up permanent residency on city council and planning and zoning agendas, the housing subdivision was once again the topic of discussion Sept. 22.

Camden Park, a proposed subdivision off of County Road 611 near the Collin College property, has been through many phases in the past nine years.

In 2006, the subdivision was presented to the city as a generic project having large lots for homes.
