Accident ends in fatality; four air lifted in Josephine

A head-on collision near Josephine resulted in a fatality Monday, Oct. 12. For the complete story see page 5A.

A fatality accident impeded traffic for hours and impacted area residents Monday, Oct. 12.

At approximately 7:45 a.m. Josephine Fire- Rescue crews were dispatched to the 1600 block of County Road 596 for a head-on collision with possible entrapment.

Upon arriving on the scene, crews found a Nissan Maxima and a Nissan Armada with significant damage.
