Safety paramount for Halloween

Halloween is this Saturday, Oct. 31 and that means kids of all ages will hit the streets for trick-or-treating.

Staying safe is paramount to having a good time.

Pet safety

Local veterinarian Dr. Jim Moebius said scary costumes; doorbells that ring constantly and children squealing “trick or treat” can be very unsettling for pets.
