Season ends in bi-district contests

SUNNYVALE – Farmersville baseball pushed Brownsboro to the brink of elimination.

The latter was able to pull out a 2-1 best-of-three series win in Class 4A Region II bi-district.

Brownsboro used a seventh inning walk off to take the opener 2-1.

The game was tied 1-1 going into the bottom of the seventh.

Farmersville managed a run in the first and Brownsboro put up one in the sixth.

The Farmers totaled four hits and three errors. The Bears committed two errors and had three hits.
