The start of a U.S. House of Representatives inquiry to consider impeachment of President Donald Trump two weeks ago still has a distance to go before any vote is taken to remove him from office.
In the almost 250-years history of the country that has been served by 45 presidents, only two presidents have been impeached and neither of them was forced out of office.
