Farmersville’s water treatment and filtration system needs work and the city intends to repair what’s wrong with it, while planning for future growth that City Engineer Eddy Daniel and City Manager Ben White say is inevitable.
That was the message delivered during a lengthy discussion and update Feb. 25 at the City Council meeting.
