Since Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s executive order went into effect in March, local hair salons have sat empty and hair stylists have had their income clipped due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Farmersville resident Janet Lynn said she was working six days a week until her salon was forced to shut its doors.
