Inventory remains low, but agents are optimistic
In fast-growing areas such as Collin and Dallas Counties, the pandemic cooled down the hot real estate market enough to make some area realtors nervous.
Local real estate brokers reported some sellers cancelled listings and some buyers postponed home buying during school and business closures.
