In what was once a beloved candy factory in the heart of Farmersville, the aroma of cooked barbecue exits the front door of the recently opened Wood and Time Smokehouse.

For the owner, Charles Pressley, the business is the result of a long journey fol­lowing his labor of love… bar­becuing.
