Rick Ranspot says he does all he can do to keep people out of jail.
Sometimes, though, he must. Why? That is his job as the Farmersville warrant officer.
Ranspot performs what one might call an extra level of law enforcement for the city. He has been serving warrants in Farmersville since 2013.
