The Farmersville City Council agreed to join an interlocal agreement with the city of Melissa, intending ostensibly to hire an internet technology firm that Melissa officials are using to assist with their IT issues.
But when it came time to hire the company later at its Oct. 27 meeting, the council decided to table the matter indefinitely.
