Lights, more on tap for holidays

After weeks of hard work, and a bit of grumbling from a Grinch or two, the much-an­ticipated holiday lights are of­ficially on every evening start­ing at dusk along Farmersville Parkway.

Numerous volunteers, some councilmembers, along with Mayor Bryon Wiebold and his wife Misty, have dedicated countless hours – even Thanks­giving Day – in order to meet the Tuesday, Dec. 1 reveal deadline for the lights.
