Reese Fetty prepares for college athletics, ready to show strong work ethic

by | Jul 22, 2021 | Sports

After a record-breaking, four-year career at Farmersville High School, Reese Fetty has been putting in the hard work to carry that legacy into her first season as a member of the Texas A&M-Commerce volleyball team.

Graduating from Farmersville June 14, Fetty said she’s excited to be starting her college career.

“It’s definitely different,” Fetty said. “It’s a weird feeling knowing that I’m not going to be going back to two-a-days in August. That being said, I’m super excited to be over in Commerce. I’m actually over there working out a few times a week, so I just drive over there and I work out at 7:30 in the morning. It’s taken some adjusting to, but I’ve enjoyed it.”
