Farmers run in Canton

The Farmersville cross country team returned to action on Saturday, Sept. 11, running in Canton.

As a team, the varsity Farmers finished seventh out of nine schools with 203 total points. Junior Mikey Klemiuk had the best finish, ending up 26th overall out of 70 runners (19:03). Klemiuk improved his time from Mineola by 1:40. Sophomore Amon Odom finished 45th overall (20:12), earning a season best. Sophomore Zackary Gennette finished 51st (20:37), while freshman Bryan Mujica finished 57th (21:14). Logan Conner improved his time from Mineola by nearly two minutes, finished 60th overall (21:37). Junior Logan Lane ended up 63rd (21:52), while senior Eric Olvera rounded out the race for Farmersville in 68th (23:00).
