After a bye week Farmersville enters district play at Quinlan to face Ford Friday, Oct. 8. Here are three keys to a Farmers victory over the Panthers.
- Establish the run
Farmersville’s best strength on offense has been their rushing attack. Senior tailback Brady Tidwell has been efficient this season, rushing for over 100 yards in four of their first five games. Brady Gray has also been good on the ground since coming in for the injured EJ Chairez, rushing for 113 yards in his first start against Ferris. With Jeralin Craddock expected to return against Ford, the Farmers need to establish their rushing attack if they want the best chance to succeed.
A full recap of the Farmersville versus Ford will be available in next Thursday’s issue of The Farmersville Times or subscribe online.
