Fall events on tap

by | Oct 22, 2021 | Latest, Uncategorized

It’s that time of year when fall and Halloween events fill up the calendar, and many are back after a year-long hiatus due to the pandemic.

Saturday, Oct. 23, cyclists from all over the Metroplex will converge on Farmersville as they hit the Chapparral Trail for 20, 30, 40, 50 and 62-mile rides.

For those less serious riders, anyone can join in on a free 10-mile ride at the same time. The ride starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.

Following the ride, entrants will have the opportunity to visit a beer garden, listen to the Clay Potter Band and enjoy lunch. Breakfast snacks will also be available before the ride.
