All-district football honors handed out

by | Dec 10, 2021 | Latest, Sports

The Farmers football team had 16 players earn all-district honors for the 2021 season.

Farmersville football improved in 2021 but were unable to make the playoffs, finishing fifth in their district with a 3-7 overall record.

Victories for the Farmers this season include a season opening win against Rains, a shutout over A+ Academy the following week and a dominant road win over rival Wills Point.

The Farmers had four players named to the all-district first team: senior running back Brady Tidwell, senior wide receiver Aidan Gray, senior defensive end Tristan Huff and sophomore offensive lineman Diego Capetillo.
