Councilman wants more details on city street repairs

Farmersville City Councilman Craig Overstreet wants the city to be more forthcoming and proactive in the reporting of its efforts to repair and maintain the quality of city streets.

Overstreet made the request when – during city council’s most recent regular meeting on March 8 – he asked to pull the public works report from the consent agenda, which is often approved without discussion. City council rules enable members to pull certain items for discussion.
