by | Oct 4, 2022 | Area news, Latest

Farmersville Police Department and Farmersville Fire Department staff are excited to get to meet their neighbors and this evening during National Night Out.

This year National Night Out is being held in downtown Farmersville on the square from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 4.

There will be a variety of entertainment opportunities including a bounce house and dunk tank.

Free food and beverages will be provided for the event.

National Night Out is an annual campaign that promotes police-community partnerships. It is designated to enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement and first responders while encouraging a sense of community.

Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police, first responders and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
