Going on the road to defeat Wills Point was crucial to Farmersville’s playoff hopes.
That’s exactly what they did Friday night, defeating Wills Point 37-32 to improve to 4-4 in district play. The victory improved the Lady Farmers to one game ahead of Community for the final playoff spot and just one game behind Wills Point for third place.
Farmersville hosts undefeated Sunnyvale next Tuesday in their next district game.
