FEDC hires new executive director

As Collin County continues to expand in all directions, it’s only a matter of time before businesses and homebuyers discover Farmersville. However, managing and facilitating that growth has been a key focus of the Farmersville Economic Development Corporation (FEDC).

After a lengthy search following the quick departure of the city’s first executive director, the FEDC announced the hiring of Rodney Williams to help guide the city’s economic development. Williams will assume his role as executive director starting Monday, Sept. 11.
