Growth in housing and student enrollment are the two primary reasons Farmersville ISD is asking voters to approve a $98 million bond package at the May 4 election, which will also determine local political races as well.
According to statistics from the Texas Education Agency, FISD is growing faster in enrollment than 95.9% of school districts in the state.
