Farmersville utility bills delayed

by | Jul 10, 2024 | Area news, Latest

Residents are advised that their monthly utility bills may arrive later than usual this month due to a printing error at the mailing center.

According to a statement from the city of Farmersville, the bills, which are typically dispatched by the first of each month, were delayed in processing and are expected to reach residents by the end of this week.

Residents who have not received their bills by Friday, July 12 may contact 972-782-6151 for assistance.”

Officials said that late fees, typically assessed after the 10th of each month, will be extended to the 18th for this billing cycle only. This adjustment should accommodate residents affected by the delayed billing process.
