The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is funding a grant for Collin College to provide a variety of free services to adults seeking career advancement or to improve their basic skills.
The TWC grant, $2.1 million for each of the next two years, will expand adult education and literacy programs across Collin and Rockwall counties.
