Collin County is the second-most-expensive county in Texas for household bills.

Collin County residents pay 30% of their household income on bills, making Collin County the second-most-expensive county in Texas for household bills. That’s according to a new study of nationwide household expenses. 

Kendall County, northwest of San Antonio, is the most expensive in Texas, while Rockwall County ranks fifth and Dallas County ranks 10th.
