Wreaths Across America honors veterans

Farmersville resident and former Irving Fire Department Lt. Benjee Cox, was the featured speaker at the Saturday, Dec. 14, Wreaths Across America event at the IOOF Cemetery.

Communities united across the country last week in reflection, gratitude and respect for those who sacrificed to protect the nation’s freedom.

In Farmersville, fallen veterans were honored in a ceremony Saturday, Dec. 14, at the IOOF Cemetery as part of the nationwide Wreaths Across America event.
