In preparation for final budget development, Finance Director John Lawrence presented certified property values at the Monday, Aug. 4 Farmersville City Council meeting.
Lawrence, absent from the meeting, provided the data through a written communication included in councilmembers’ packets.
The numbers, provided by the Collin County Central Appraisal District, are sent to cities and school districts by July 25 each year.
In total, certified values for Farmersville are currently $528,951,006, compared to $503,580,603 in 2024.
