City Manager Ben White provided an overview of street improvements during the Nov. 3 Farmersville City Council meeting.
White specifically discussed the status of Farmersville Parkway and Hamilton Street renovations.
Construction of culverts continues on Farmersville Parkway, with headwalls being installed on both the north and south sides. Land acquisition is also gaining momentum, with verbal agreements reached with major landowners, according to White. All engineering work has been completed, including drainage reviews.
Eddy Daniel of Dunaway joined White in presenting an update regarding Hamilton Street. Daniel described the project as a “good overall project that improves functionality and appearance for the city.”
