The Farmersville boys powerlifting team continued its busy start to the season last week at Prosper High School.
The highest individual finish for the Farmers came from James Rivera, who placed sixth at 114 pounds with a total of 725 pounds.
Cole Tyler cracked the top 10 by placing eighth at 165 with a 1,055-pound total, as did Denver McCorkendale, who was 10th at 148 with a 920-pound total.
Landen Herrera finished just outside the top 10, placing 11th at 220 pounds with a total of 1,210 pounds. Karan Huddleston placed 14th at 165, Kason Parrott took 17th at 148, Gavin Cowles was 18th at 275, Blake Malena finished 19th at 198 and Edgar Ramirez placed 29th in the 181-pound division.
