Local animal rescue to host fundraiser

The Farmersville Onion Shed will be filled with melodies and auction chants in support of Hillcrest Animal Rescue and their efforts to help local pet owners. The fifth annual Mutts and Music event will take place from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10.

The Clay Potter Band will provide live music while the 100×35 food truck will be one of several offering food for purchase. 

Proceeds from the auction will benefit Hillcrest Animal Rescue and the Home Sweet Home program.
