Farmersville has what Police Chief Mike Sullivan calls a “huge problem” with traffic congestion each school day at Washington and Sycamore streets that likely will require a permanent solution in the near future.
At issue is a traffic jam cause by parents congregating in their motor vehicles each afternoon to pick up their children, Sullivan said at the city council’s Oct. 26 meeting.
