by | Oct 6, 2022 | Area news, Latest

The Farmersville City Council has approved budgets for the city’s economic (4A) and community (4B) development commissions for the upcoming fiscal year that began on Oct. 1.

Councilmembers voted unanimously on the budgets at their Sept. 27 regular meeting.

The 4A budget discussion included the commission’s pending search for an economic development director the city hopes to hire. The aim is to bring someone on board who can help recruit business activity to Farmersville.
