Marker to be unveiled March 29

One of the first settlements on the eastside of Collin County will be formally recognized this weekend with the unveiling of a Texas Historical Marker.

The Collin County Historical Commission will host a public ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 29 for the unveiling of the Sugar Hill marker near the Yeary Cemetery, located east of Main Street on FM 2194 in Farmersville.
