Trustees approve 2025-26 school calendar

by | Apr 3, 2025 | Education, Latest

Farmersville ISD Assistant Superintendent Micah Taylor presented a final draft of the 2025-26 school calendar to board members at the regular monthly meeting Monday, March 31.

After a detailed explanation, trustees unanimously approved the calendar, which will be publicized following the meeting.

Taylor described the calendar as “almost identical” in dates to this year’s but noted major changes in start and end times for campuses next year. For the 2025-26 school year, Tatum Elementary and Farmersville Intermediate will have school hours from 7:35 a.m. to 3:50 p.m., while Farmersville Junior High and Farmersville High School will run from 8:10 a.m. to 4:25 p.m.
