Commissioners consider contracts, budgeted items

Collin County commissioners met Monday, June 29 to consider a wide range of county business, including contracts, budget adjustments, engineering projects and an interlocal agreement with the City of Princeton.

Among the consent agenda items was an interlocal agreement with the City of Princeton for ad valorem tax collection services through the county tax assessor-collector’s office.

Commissioners also approved contracts for plumbing services and repairs with multiple vendors and a contract with Dana Safety Supply Inc. for ballistic windshields, door glass and door panels for Ford F-150 law enforcement vehicles used by the Collin County Sheriff’s Office.

Additional agenda items included requests to advertise for bids and qualifications for a juvenile detention cluster and administration project, vending services and safety wear for the sheriff’s office.
