Glistening, orange jewels sit beside the highway, attracting drivers’ attention from near and far. Buyers stop, purchase and even chat with local farm owners Richard and Patsy Goodwin.

The Goodwins, along with their son and daughter-in-law Jerry and Karen Mantooth, own and operate 5 Star Farms, which is located outside of Farmersville on County Road 700.
