For the second straight week the Farmers earned a split in District 13-3A action.

They got things going on a positive note with a 51-48 win over host Lone Oak.

“We were short handed with one player at home with the flu and our leading scorer on crutches with a high ankle sprain. They are the one team that has beat Van Alstyne this year so we were up for a big challenge going to their house shorthanded,” head coach Brian Wester said.
