Farmersville (23-4) will have to be at their best in order to advance past Hughes Springs (19-4) in a best-of-three Class 3A Region II area round series.

Game one is slated for 7 p.m. Thursday at Mount Pleasant’s Northeast Texas Community College and the second contest is 7 p.m. Friday at Copeland Field in Mesquite.

If needed a third matchup would be played 7 p.m. Saturday at Eagle Stadium in Sulphur Springs.
