Deborah Cooper, 61, co-owner and employee of Hinton Home, Inc., has been indicted by the Collin County Grand Jury involving elderly abuse.
Cooper was indicted in November by the Grand Jury for injury to child/elderly/disabled individual serious bodily injury/mental, which is a First Degree felony. The indictment was filed by the state Attorney General’s office. Cooper was also arrested on charges of Criminal Negligent Homicide, a State Jail felony, filed by the Attorney General’s office.
