Halfway over: Lady Farmers conclude first round in 10-3A

Farmersville girls basketball started off the second half of District 10-3A basketball competition.

They suffered a pair of defeats against host Lone Oak 60-29 and visiting Whitewright 53-13.

As of Jan. 16, the Lady Farmers were 3-17 overall and 1-7 within the district standings.
