It’s hard enough moving to a new school, but try relocating from another state.
The Hibbitts family did just that making the trek from a large town in California to Farmersville.
Brothers CJ, Lyle and Clay arrived enrolled in FISD prior to the start of the 2014-’15 school year.
CJ was an incoming senior, Lyle a sophomore and Clayton was a seventh grader at the junior high.
“It was a big change. We went from a large town to a small one,” Lyle said.
