Though Detective John Williams may be an unfamiliar face to some, he is a detective within the Farmersville Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division.

He has also been awarded Police Officer of the Year by Police Chief Mike Sullivan.

“I believe this individual has done an exceptional job this year and past, since being hired with the department in 2012. When asked to do something, he doesn’t hesitate and generally stops what he’s doing to address it,” Sullivan said.
