Sounds of success: FJHS band director nominated for award

Bradley Arledge, a band director at the Farmersville Junior High School, has been nominated for a national educator award. He shares his passion for music each and every day with his students.

Notes of achievement are floating about at the Farmersville Junior High School after Band Director Bradley Arledge was nominated for a nationwide award.

Arledge was nominated for the 2017-‘18 national LifeChanger of the Year award, sponsored by the National Life Group Foundation.

The award recognizes and rewards the best K-12 educators and school district employees across the United States who are making a difference in the lives of students by exemplifying excellence, positive influence and leadership.

His wife, Angela Arledge, as well as two family members, Tommie Blythe and Lisa Manning, nominated the educator.

Arledge consistently inspires enthusiasm in all his students and is devoted to preparing future generations for life beyond high school.
