Rough going: Lady Farmers start district with two losses

It was a tough start to the 2018 District 10-3A softball season.

They fell 17-16 at Lone Oak and 13-12 in the comforts of home to Whitewright.

Farmersville jumped out to a 4-1 lead after two innings at Lone Oak.

The Lady Buff countered with five in the third and the Lady Farmers put up seven in the top of the fourth.

In bottom half, Lone Oak platted six for a 12-11 lead.
