City council candidates seeking office in the May 5 city election in Farmersville have spent a total of $5,112.30 on their campaigns, reports filed with the city secretary showed.
Farmersville voters will be choosing a mayor and two city council members, with all positions being contested.
In the mayor’s race, Mayor Diane Piwko is being challenged by Randy Rice. For Place 2 city council, incumbent councilmember Donny Mason is being challenged by Angie Rios.
