Top honors: Yellin, Fetty bring home 10-3A superlatives

Farmersville’s top four finish in District 10-3A softball paid off during the selection of honors for 2018.

Leading the way were Callie Yellin as the Offensive Most Valuable Player Reese Fetty the Newcomer of the Year.

Yellin earned defensive MVP last season. Outside of district, the junior was named to the Texas Girls Coaches Association Class 1A-4A Legacy All-Star team and 3A All-State.

Fetty was also named the top newcomer in volleyball and girls basketball.
