Farmersville battled a strong Mineola squad and an hour rain delay last Friday in non-district action.
In the end, the visiting Yellowjackets came away with a 42-13 win at Fightin’ Farmer Stadium.
After starting an hour late due to lightning delays, the first half was full of excitement.
Mineola struck first with a touchdown pass from Shaw Franklin, but the Farmers didn’t hesitate to respond.
On their next offensive drive, Farmersville scored on a 10-yard touchdown run from Braiden Lair.
