Multiple fire department responded to a fully engulfed home off CR 566 in Josephine shortly after 9 p.m. tonight.
Both of the homeowners were treated for smoke inhalation.
Farmersville, Nevada and Josephine Fire Departments responded to the fire along with Collin County Deputies, Josephine PD and AMR.
