Over 100 housing permits pulled

With a new year come new homes in Farmersville including an influx of permits that have been pulled for the Camden Park subdivision.

Located off of County Road 611 near the Collin College property, the new subdivision has pulled 120 permits for housing including 80 to be built by DR Horton and 40 to be built by Camden Homes.

Thirteen of these permits are under review.

“We have been told that several of these homes have already sold,” City Manager Ben White said.
